Deliveries
For orders of €35 / €55 or more, delivery is free. (Malta / Gozo, respectfully)
For orders less than €35, there is a €10 / €20 delivery charge. (Malta / Gozo, respectfully)
We usually deliver within 2-3 working days from purchase. (Malta – Whereas deliveries to Gozo may take up to 7-9 working days. This is because we deliver the goods ourselves, as we usually do not use couriers.) Kindly let us know through the “further comments” box at checkout if you need other delivery options, i.e. faster delivery. We will promptly contact you and arrange a solution.
Replacements
Kindly note that we do not do refunds. We only process replacements.
The Replacement Policy
Our replacement policy lasts 35 days. If 35 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your product must be defective, or expired. (Not liking the taste, or other similar reasons are not valid reasons for replacements, thus will be declined.)
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
The Replacement Process
Once your replacement request is received, we will 1) send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received the request. 2) Notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
Results
If the request is approved, we will contact you and arrange a physical replacement.
If your request is declined, we will provide a reason for this decision.
Replies
If you believe that said decision was unjust, kindly reply to the email containing the result, stating why, and we will keep in touch with you to find a solution together.
Data Protection
We take data protection very seriously. When you create an account with us, your data is shared with us, and us only. Passwords, billing methods, and other sensitive information is never given out to anyone nor used by us.
